SKA vs. Krylya Sovetov 7-1

In an exhibition game at the Yubileiny sports complex's Small Arena, SKA soundly defeated VHL (Russian lower division) team Krylya Sovetov, 7-1. The visitors opened the scoring in the 43rd second, but by the middle of the first period the army team had evened the score with a goal from Maxim Rybin. In the next two periods they completely took the initiative, scoring three goals in each 20-minute window.

SKA's Czech forward Petr Cajanek came away with two goals and an assist, while forwards Maxim Sushinsky and Yury Trubachev and defenseman Georgy Berdyukov had two points apiece (a goal plus an assist). Defenseman Andrei Zyuzin and forward Konstantin Panov each made two passes leading to goals.
